In this Application notice was issued to the Respondent-Narcotic Control Bureau returnable on 19/12/2024 and time of three weeks was granted to the respondent to file reply affidavit. 2.

It appears that due to inadvertence the applicant served the respondent privately and failed to supply spare copies for issuance of notice.
