Ms. Saba Shaikh, learned Counsel appointed to represent the interest of the Respondent No.2 tenders Affidavit dated 17th December 2024.

Mr. Kuldeep Nikam, learned Counsel for the Applicant on the basis of Roznama, states that evidence of the Informant i.e. PW-1 is not yet completed. However, Mr. Mali, learned APP tenders copy of the deposition of PW-1 which shows that the deposition of the PW-1 is completed on 2nd December 2024. He further states that the matter is now adjourned to 27th December 2024 before the learned Trial Court for recording evidence of the victim.
