Heard Mr. Prashant Pawar, learned Advocate for the Applicant and Ms. Anamika Malhotra, learned APP for the Respondent-State.

On 30th June, 2025 the following order was made :- "1. Ms. Malhotra, learned APP for the Respondent State, on instructions, from the Investigating officer states that FSL report in respect of KYC of Binance wallets is awaited and as such, prays for two weeks time to obtain said report.
2. Mr. Prashant Pawar, learned Advocate for the Applicant states that the Applicant is in jail for substantial time and prays for an urgent hearing.
3. At request of learned APP and by consent of parties, list on 17.07.2025."

Ms. Anamika Malhotra, learned APP for the State, submits that the FSL Report is still awaited. She prays for further time of two weeks.

Mr. Prashant Pawar, learned Advocate for the Applicant, objects to an adjournment on the ground that the Applicant is in jail for a period of one year and 8 months and the trial has not commenced. Mr. Prashant Pawar tenders an opinion expressed by an expert, which he states was called and produced in the bail of a co-accused. Ms. Anamika Malhotra does not object to the said document being tendered. The said document is taken on record and marked as 'X' for identification.
