Prisoner's medical report dated 30.04.2025 is placed on record by the Chief Medical Officer, Mumbai Central Prison through the learned APP.

It is stated that Applicant is suffering from recurrent urinary tract infection and occasional chest pain and is being managed symptomatically from prison hospital.

In that view of the matter and the details which are given in clause No.10 of the medical report, I am of the opinion that case of

Considering the medical report and condition of Applicant, liberty is granted to Applicant to move to Vacation Court, if so desired. 8.
