This is an Application under Section 483 of Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 (for short 'B.N.S.S.') seeking Bail in connection with C.R. No.252 of 2023 registered with Kurar Police Station for offences punishable under Sections 376, 377, 342 and 506(2) of the Indian Penal Code, 1860 (for short 'IPC') and Sections 4, 6, 8 and 12 of of Protection of Children from Sexual Offences Act, 2012 (for short 'POCSO').
