Mentioned by Mr. Kumar, learned Advocate for Applicant stating that this is Bail Application where Applicant has been arrested in the provisions of the Protection of Children from Sexual Offences Act, 2012 (POCSO) case read with the other provisions the Indian Penal Code, 1860 (IPC). He would therefore persuade the Court to issue notice to private Respondent No.2.

After receiving notice, Respondent No.2 is directed to file her Affidavit-in-Reply on or before the next date, if so desired. 6.
If Private Respondent No.2 is required aid and assistance of the Advocate, the same shall be provided by this Court through the Investigating Officer. Concerned Investigating Officer shall also convey this order to the Private Respondent through a lady police Officer and file appropriate report to that effect.
