Heard Mr. Mukte, learned Advocate for Applicant and Mrs. Gajare-Dhumal, learned APP for State.

Mrs. Gajare-Dhumal, learned APP places on record report from the Investigating Officer which states that order dated 28th November, 2024 stands complied with and Respondent No.2 has requested for legal aid.

Considering the fact that charges are under the POCSO Act, High Court Legal Services Committee of this Court is hereby directed to appoint Ms. Keral Mehta, learned Advocate and Counsel practicing in this Court (Mobile No.9967026263) to represent and espouse the cause of the Respondent No.2 through the Legal Aid and give her appointment letter to that effect.

Registry is directed to provide copy of the present Application to appointed Advocate Ms. Keral Mehta within a period of one week from today.

The appointed Advocate on behalf of Respondent No.2 is directed to peruse the papers and to be ready to address the Court on the next adjourned date.

The copy of this order shall be conveyed to the Respondent No.2 and her guardian i.e. her mother thorough I.O. who shall depute a lady Police Officer to do the same.
