After arguing the matter for some time, when I was not inclined to grant relief to the Applicant, Mr. Harsh Ramchandani, learned Counsel for the Applicant, on instructions, seeks permission to withdraw the present Bail Application with liberty to file a fresh bail application after a period of six months if, in the meantime, there is no substantial progress in the trial.
