By the present Application, the Applicant is seeking bail in connection with the Crime No. 363 of 2023 registered with Wadivarhe Police Station, Nashik.

Apparently, the Applicant had sought for legal aid. Learned Advocate Mr. Sachidanand D. Tandel was appointed through legal aid panel. Records of this file indicate that though Mr. Tandel appeared on 3rd October, 2024, roznama dated 22nd October, 2024 indicates none for the Applicant. Today again when the matter was called out, none appears for the Applicant. 3.

In view of the absence of Mr. Tandel, learned Advocate Talwalkar

39.BA4090.2024.odt appointed from the legal aid panel, I deem it fit and proper to appoint another Advocate from the legal aid panel to represent the Applicant. Mr. Samay Pawar, learned Advocate from Legal Aid Panel is present in the Court. On the request of this Court, he has agreed to represent the Applicant.

Formal intimation of the appointment of Advocate Mr. Samay Pawar be given to the Applicant, who is lodged in Nashik Jail/Prison Central.
