Heard learned counsel for the Applicant's and learned APP for the Respondent-State.

The learned counsel for the Applicants, on instructions, seeks leave to withdraw the Application Nos.1846 of 2024 and 4099 of 2024 and submitted that, Applicant's are behind bar more than three years. Charge is framed but the trial N.S. Kamble page 1 of 2

33-BA-1846-2024.doc has not commenced. Hence, direction be given to expedite the trial.

I have heard both learned counsel.

Considering the submission of both learned counsel, Applications are allowed to be withdrawn and disposed of. 5.

As the Applicant's are behind bar more than three years, the Applicant's can make same submission before the Trial Court. As this Court has already given the direction to Trial Court to expedite the Trial and Trial Court to consider the submissions of the Applicant on its own merit. 6.

The Applicant's are directed to co-operate the Trial Court for expediting the trial.
