After hearing the learned counsel for the Applicant, the

This is fourth date the learned APP seeks time and this Court had directed Investigating Officer to remain present, but she is absent. 4.

Considering these facts, last chance is given to APP and Investigating Officer to go on with the matter. 5.

If on the next date they fails to argue the matter, this Court would pass the order without merit and learned APP and Investigating Officer would be responsible for it.
