As this Court had dismissed the earlier application for bail filed by this very applicant on 16.07.2024, the present application has been listed today for consideration before this Court. 2.

In the said order, while dismissing the application, this Court had recorded detailed reasons in paragraph 7. Thereafter, this Court, while dismissing the application, had directed the concerned trial Court to frame charges within eight weeks from the date of the order. 3.

Mr. Khan, learned APP to take specific instructions as to the stage of the trial, as on today.
