After arguing the matter for some time, when I was not inclined to grant any relief, Ms. Anjali Patil, learned Counsel for the Applicant, sought permission to withdraw the present bail application.

Ms. Megha Bajoria, learned APP concerned, submitted, on instructions, that the prosecution intended to examine maximum 25 witnesses out of which 3 witnesses have already 3rd November 2025
19-BA-4124-2024.DOC been examined. The Applicant is arrested on 18th October 2023 and has suffered incarceration as long as two and half years.

In these circumstances, the Trial Court is requested to conclude the trial within a period of 6 months from the date of which this order is placed before the Trial Court. 4.
Permission to withdraw with the aforesaid direction is granted.

The present bail application is thus disposed of as withdrawn.
