Heard Ms. Thakker, learned Special PP for Respondent No.1 - Union of India on the praecipe dated 09.05.2025 for seeking modification / deleting of certain remarks in the order dated 05.05.2025.

Perused the praecipe dated 09.05.2025 filed by the learned Special PP appearing on behalf of Union of India. Learned Advocate has offered her explanation for not serving a copy of her Affidavit-inReply on Advocate for Applicant earlier since his E-mail ID was not there on the docket of the Advocate on record in the matter. 4.

Learned Special PP has persuaded the Court to consider expunging the remarks made by Court for not filing the Affidavit-in-

Suo motu. BA.4139.24.doc Reply or not serving the Affidavit-in-Reply after it was affirmed in December 2024. The said explanation is considered by the Court and having considered the same, it is directed that observations made in paragraph No.4.1 of the order dated 05.05.2025 be expunged and deleted as the explanation given by the learned Special PP is accepted by the Court.

After deleting paragraph No.4.1, remaining paragraphs of the order dated 05.05.2025 shall be re-numbered in seriatim and a fresh copy of the order dated 05.05.2025 be uploaded. 6.

Praecipe dated 09.05.2025 is disposed.
