Heard Mr. Gogavale, learned Advocate for Applicant and Mr. Karmakar, learned APP for Respondent - the State of Maharashtra. 3.
The present Bail Application is filed by Application who is arraigned as Accused No.4. Role of Accused No.4 is much lesser than Accused No.3 in the present case as argued by the Advocate for Applicant. The only allegation levelled against Applicant is that he assisted Accused No.3 in opening the Bank Account and assisted Accused No.3 in procuring the shop on rent in Varanasi which was a pharmacy shop in the name and style of 'Well Done Pharma'. 4.
Mr. Gogavale would inform the Court that licence in respect of the said pharmacy was in the name of Accused No.3 which has been
73.BA.4148.2024.doc observed by the Court while granting him bail vide order dated 24.01.2025 in Bail Application No.866 of 2024. He would therefore request the Court to consider his case on parity and hear the Bail Application.

Mr. Gogavale would inform the Court that copy of the Application is served on Respondent. Prosecution shall take cognizance of the same and also order dated 24.01.2025 in Bail Application No.866 of 2024 and accordingly apprise the Court on the next adjourned date.
