This is an Application under Section 439 of Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 (for short 'Cr.P.C.') seeking Bail in connection with C.R. No.541 of 2023 registered with Narpoli Police Station under Sections 363, 376(2)(n) of the Indian Penal Code, 1860 (for short 'IPC') and Sections 4, 6(2), 8 and 12 of the Protection of Children from Sexual Offences Act, 2012 (for short 'POCSO Act'). 3.
Consent of Respondent No.2 has been placed on record. 4.
Considering the indictment and arrest of Applicant under Sections of IPC and POCSO Act and in view of provisions of Section 439 of Cr.P.C., Ms. Ilsa Shaikh (Mobile No.7678021339) is appointed
