Learned APP submits that trial has commenced and two witnesses have been examined. Learned APP, on instructions, submits that the prosecution is not going to examine all the witnesses and prosecution's case will be over within four to five months. 3.
Considering the submissions of learned APP, learned counsel for the applicant, on instructions, seeks leave to withdraw the application with liberty to file fresh bail application after six months, if trial is not concluded within six months.
