Heard learned counsel for the applicant and learned APP for respondent-State.

Learned counsel for the applicant seeks leave to withdraw this application with liberty to file fresh bail application after six months, if there is no progress in the trial.

Considering the submission of learned counsel for the applicant, application is allowed to be withdrawn with aforesaid liberty and disposed of.

Learned counsel for the applicant submits that charge is framed against the applicant in the year 2021, since then, there is no progress in the trial. This Court had called for report from the concerned Judge about the delay in the trial. In the report, learned Judge has stated 1/2

Considering this, the prosecution is directed to examine the witnesses as early as possible and the applicant-accused is directed to co-operate for expediting the trial.
