This is an Application under Section 439 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 seeking Regular Bail in connection with C.R.No.430 of 2022 registered with Aarey Police Station for the offences punishable under Sections 376, 376(3), 354 and 452 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860 and Sections 4, 8 and 12 of the Protection of Children from Sexual Offences Act, 2012.
