Heard Mr. Kadam, learned Advocate for Applicant and Mrs. Newton, learned APP for the State.

At the outset, learned Advocate appearing for the Applicant would submit that the Applicant is a lady suffering from grievous medical ailment which is the tumor/lump suffered by her in her chest which requires immediate attention. He would submit that on the previous occasion the Investigating Officer (I.O.) was therefore directed to remain present to inquire about this issue. 3.

The I.O. shall give an appropriate report to the learned APP in the matter about the medical ailment suffered by Applicant and shall submit an appropriate report through the learned APP on the next

15-BA-4182-2024.doc adjourned date. The report shall give detailed remarks of the Civil Hospital's Doctor for due consideration of the Court. Thereafter further orders if required to refer the Applicant to the State Hospital shall be passed by the Court.
