Since Mr. Abhinav Dubey, learned counsel appearing for the Applicant, submitted that the Applicant is suffering from HIV disease, Ms. Megha Bajoria, learned APP representing the State in the matter, is requested to call for a report from the Nashik Central Prison, Nashik as to whether the Applicant is suffering from any physical ailment pursuant to the Applicant being tested positive for HIV.
