On 13.06.2025, this matter was argued for some time. At the request of the learned Advocate for the Applicant, the same was adjourned today i.e. 16.06.2025.

Today, after having heard the matter for substantial time and this Court having expressed its view of not being inclined to entertain the bail application, Mr. Vikas Shivarkar, learned Advocate for the Applicant, on instructions from the Applicant seeks leave to withdraw the present Bail Application by praying for liberty to move the Trial Court after some time on the ground of change in circumstances.

Ms. Veera Shinde, learned APP for the State and Ms.

7-ba-4198-2024.doc Kanchan Pawar, jointly submit that they have no objection for grant of liberty to the Applicant to move the Trial Court after some time as the Applicant is withdrawing the present bail application. They submit that the reasonable time for any change in circumstances would be 12th months from today. 4.

In view of the above, leave granted to the Applicant to withdraw the present application, with liberty to move a fresh application on the ground of change in circumstances, if any, after a period of 12 months from today, before the Trial Court. In the event such application is filed, the same shall be considered on its own merits and in accordance with law.
