Bail Application No.100 of 2025 has been wrongly tagged alongwith present Bail Application. It is directed to be segregated as it is concerned with Pune Division.

Pursuant to the order dated 17.03.2025 Mr. Saraogi, learned Advocate for First Informant - Complainant appears in the Intervention Application but he would persuade the Court that he may be permitted by the Court to place on record certain relevant documents to enable this Court to consider the objections of the First Informant - Complainant in the present case. His request is accepted and if any additional Affidavit is desired to be filed, same shall be filed before the next adjourned date with an advance copy of the same served on the Advocate for Applicant in the present case. 4.

Considering the incarceration of the Applicant for the past 3 years 1 month, present Application shall be heard on the next adjourned date, which shall be noted by the prosecution and intervenor.

Learned APP shall take appropriate instructions about the status of trial and precise role of the Applicant in the present crime and apprise the Court accordingly.
