The application is presented on 3rd October 2024. The matter is not prosecuted since then. When the matter was called out in the morning cession, none appeared, as such the matter was kept back. Even on second call, none appeared for applicant. 2.

Learned APP, on instructions from Investigating Officer, who is present in the Court, submits that the statement of accused is also recorded under Section 313 of Cr.P.C and the Court will hear the arguments for final disposal on 6th March 2026 in the in Special (MCOC) Case No.148 of 2020.

In that view of the afore-stated circumstances, the application is dismissed for want of prosecution.
