The learned A.P.P. on instructions submits that the trial has commenced. It is submitted that considering the seriousness of offence, a period of two months be granted to examine rest of the witnesses.

The learned counsel for the applicant, however, submits that the applicant is in jail for more than five and half years.

As the trial has commenced, I am inclined to grant time as sought. The prosecution shall endeavour to examine all the remaining witnesses before the next date or else, this Court will be constrained to release the applicant on bail. 4.
