By the present Application, the Applicant was seeking enlargement on bail in Crime No. I-385 of 2014 registered with Kharghar Police Station for the offence punishable under section 302, 397, 109 read with Section 34 of the Indian Penal Code. The said crime was registered as Sessions Case No. 165 of 2019. 4.
Mr. Aarif Ali, learned Advocate for the Applicant states that Talwalkar
501.BA4211.2024.odt during the pendency of the present Bail Application, Sessions Case No. 165 of 2019 has been disposed of ending in conviction of the Applicant. He therefore, submits that present Applicant is rendered infructuous. He tenders the praecipe dated 16th June, 2025 seeking leave to withdraw the present Application for the aforesaid reasons. The same is taken on record and marked "X" for identification.

Leave to withdraw the Bail Application No. 4211 of 2024 is granted.

In view of the above, Criminal Bail Application No. 4211 of 2024 is dismissed as withdrawn.
