Heard Mr. Prashant Hagare, learned Advocate for the Applicant and Mr. Tanveer Khan, learned APP for Respondent. 2.

On 13th February, 2025 this Court had passed following order :

"1. The learned A.P.P. submits that the prosecution evidence is almost over and therefore the present application at this stage

may not be entertained.

On the other hand, the learned counsel for the applicant submits that by order dated 10th March 2022 in Criminal Bail Application No.3265 of 2021 filed by the present applicant, the trial was expedited and liberty was granted to the applicant to renew request for bail after six months.

Considering the facts and circumstances, instead of not entertaining the present application, it would be appropriate to adjourn it for a period of two months so that if the trial is not concluded by that time, the prayer for bail can be considered. List the application on 15th April, 2025."

Mr. Khan, learned APP states that one witness remains to be examined in the present case. He states that the next date scheduled for examination of the said witness is 18th June, 2025. On instructions from the Investigating Officer Mr. Shivaji Jaipatre who is present in the court, he states that the said witness will be positively examined on 18th June, 2025. He prays that the matter be listed after 18th June, 2025.

At the request of Mr. Khan, learned APP, list the matter on 23rd June, 2025.
