The Applicant is before this Court seeking bail in respect of Crime No. 134 of 2013 registered at Baramati Taluka Police Station for the offence punishable under section 302, 201 read with Section 34 of the Indian Penal Code. Mr. Bhushan Raut, learned Advocate for the Applicant fairly points out the Order dated 23th February, 2017 by which bail granted to the Applicant Talwalkar

26.BA4244.2024.odt by the learned Additional Sessions Judge, Baramati in Bail Application No. 544 of 2013 was cancelled by this Court. 3.

In view of the above, a query was posed to the learned APP as to the status of the trial in Session Case No. 2 of 2014, more particularly, in view of the ground of long incarceration raised by the Applicant in the present bail application. 4.

At the request of the learned APP to produce a time schedule programme in respect of the Sessions Case No. 2 of 2014. and by consent of the parties, list the matter on 18th June, 2025.
