On 22.11.2024, this Court issued notice to respondent No.2, in the light of the fact that the offences under the Protection of Children from Sexual Offences Act, 2012 are also registered against the applicant. 3.
Today, it is pointed out that respondent No.2 is a State authority and that the victim was inadvertently not added as party in the bail application. 4.
Therefore, liberty is granted to the applicant to add the victim as respondent No.3 by appropriately concealing her identity and address. The amendment be carried out within one week from today. 5.
In view of the above, it is directed that notice shall be issued to the newly added respondent No.3, instead of respondent No.2, returnable on 19.12.2024, High on Board.

The respondent No.3 shall be served through the investigating officer, for which purpose the applicant shall serve an additional set of papers on the investigating officer within one week from today. 7.
Praecipe stands disposed of.
