Heard Mr. Raorane, learned Advocate for Applicant and Ms. Yadav, learned APP for Respondent - State.

Mr. Raorane, learned Advocate for Applicant would submit that Applicant is a lady who is indicted in crime under Sections 302, 307, 323, 324, 504, 506-2 and 120-B read with 34 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860; Sections 4 and 25 of the Indian Arms Act, 1959 and Section 37(1) and 135 of the Maharashtra Police Act, 1951 alongwith other co-accused person. Other co-accused persons are the main accused as informed by the learned Advocate for the Applicant who are the son and son-in-law of the Applicant. He is incarcerated since 31.03.2023 in the crime.

Ms. Yadav shall take appropriate instructions and point out the specific role of the Applicant in the crime in question. 5.

Learned Advocate has also informed the Court about the motive of the crime as there was a certain property dispute which had been disposed by the deceased victim which resulted in the incident. 6.

Learned APP shall take appropriate instructions on the aforesaid submissions made by Mr. Raorane and accordingly inform the Court on the next adjourned date.

This Court shall determine the present Application after hearing the Applicant on the next adjourned date in view of the fact that Applicant is a lady and her role in the present crime as argued by the learned Advocate for Applicant.

List the Bail Application on Board on 19th March, 2025. To be placed on the 'Supplementary Board'.
