The Administrator of the Society has appointed a Special Auditor for the purpose of conducting an interim audit and submitting a report limited to examining the specific role played by the present applicant in relation to the financial dealings of the society. The following issues are directed to be specifically examined in the audit report:

a) Whether the funds received by the society in the form of fixed deposits have been improperly disbursed to the relatives or family members of the then Managing Committee, including any connection or nexus with the

b) Whether the loans disbursed out of such fixed deposit amounts were secured with adequate collateral or were granted without any proper security, thereby exposing the society to financial risk;

c) Whether the amounts allegedly withdrawn by the applicant from the society's accounts have any direct or indirect connection with the amounts credited by the applicant in their personal or individual accounts maintained with the society;

d) Whether the amounts withdrawn in the name of three firms and two individual account holders, as shown in the records, were actually meant for those respective firms and individuals, or whether such withdrawals ultimately benefited the applicant or entities connected with the applicant.

The Special Auditor shall submit the said interim audit report to this Court on or before 24th July 2025. An advance copy of the said report shall be served upon the learned Advocate appearing for the applicant so that an effective response may be filed, if required.

Stand over to 24th July 2025. The matter shall be listed under the caption "Circulated Matters" for further consideration based on the audit report.
