The learned counsel for the applicant has moved the praecipe for speaking to the minutes of order dated 30.04.2025. 2.

In the said order, at paragraph No. 2 and clause (ii) of paragraph No.7, inadvertently the name of Police Station is typed as 'Pimpri Police Station, District : Pimpri Chinchwad' instead of "Talegaon Dabhade Police Station". Hence, 'Pimpri Police Station, District : Pimpri Chinchwad' shall be corrected and read as "Talegaon Dabhade Police Station".
