The learned counsel for the applicant has moved the praecipe for speaking to the minutes of order dated 30.04.2025. 2.

In the said order, at paragraph No. 2 and clause (ii) of paragraph No.7, inadvertently Crime Number is typed as "Crime No. 146 of 2024" instead of "Crime No. 87 of 2024". Hence, "Crime No. 146 of 2024" shall be corrected and read as "Crime No. 87 of 2024".
