There is no appearance on behalf of the applicant even on the second call. In this case, Advocate Maaz Ansari was appointed by the High Court Legal Services Committee to represent the applicant. 2.

The record shows that the applicant was arrested as far back as on 25.06.2016, thereby showing that she has remained incarcerated for more than eight years.

In that light, the High Court Legal Services Committee is directed to appoint another advocate from its panel forthwith to represent the applicant.
