On being confronted with the order dated 17/12/2021, passed by the Apex Court, which dismissed the Special Leave Petition filed by the Applicant, assailing the order passed by this Court on 01/09/2021, refusing the relief in the application, seeking bail, when he faced the accusation under Sections 306, 354A, 354D of IPC and Sections 12 and 18 of POCSO Act, the learned counsel Mr.Kulkarni seeks permission to withdraw the application.

Needless to state that at the point of time, when the Apex Court has permitted him to move an application, the Applicant may approach the trial Court.

The Application is dismissed, as withdrawn.
