Learned Advocate for the Applicant submits that in the present Crime there are two accused. She states that Accused No. 2 was also similarly placed like the Applicant has been released on bail by this Court vide order dated 5th May, 2025 passed in Criminal Bail Application No. 1223 of 2023. She submits that the Talwalkar

24.BA4325.2024.odt involvement/allegation against the Applicant in the said crime is identical to the allegation as made against the Applicant No. 2 who has been released on bail.

Considering the submissions of the learned Advocate for the Applicant, issue notice to Respondents.
