Heard Ms. Achari, learned Advocate for Applicant and Ms. Gajare-Dhumal, learned APP for State.

Order dated 16.04.2025 stands complied with. Ms. Gajare-Dhumal has placed on record report dated 28.04.2025 given by Police Inspector with respect to compliance of said order. It is stated therein that neither Respondent No.2 - prosecutrix nor her family members are traceable despite every effort having been made by the Investigating Officer.

In that view of the matter I deem it appropriate to appoint Advocate from Legal-aid to represent and espouse the cause of Respondent No.2. Hence, Ms. Rithika Yerra, learned Advocate and Counsel practicing in this Court is appointed to represent and espouse

906_BA_4329_2024.docx the cause of Respondent No.2 through the Legal Aid. The Legal Aid department is directed to give her appointment letter to that effect. 4.

Registry is directed to provide copy of the present Application to appointed Advocate within a period of one week from today.

The appointed Advocate on behalf of Respondent No.2 is directed to peruse the papers and to be ready to address the Court on the next adjourned date. After hearing, present Application shall be decided by this Court.

Learned Prosecutor is directed to provide a copy of chargesheet to learned Advocate for Applicant as also the learned appointed Advocate for Respondent No.2 before the next adjourned date.
