Pursuant to the order passed by this Court dated 17th February 2025, the Deputy Commissioner of Police (Crime), Nashik submitted the inquiry report. The same is taken on record and marked 'X' for the purpose of identification.

The learned counsel for the applicant submits that during the course of inquiry, the applicant was not permitted to submit material in support of his case. It is submitted that the finding that the applicant was police informer is based on Zeenat Pathan

List the present bail application on 12th June 2025. 4.

The affidavit shall be filed before the next date of hearing.

Interim bail granted earlier shall remain in force till next date.
