The learned counsel for the Applicant, on instructions, seeks leave to withdraw the present Application with liberty to file fresh Application for bail after nine months, if the trial is not concluded by that time.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the trial Court shall endeavour to conclude the trial as early as possible within a period of nine months. The application is disposed of aforesaid terms.
