As both these applications for bail are arising out of one and the same crime they are being disposed of by this common order.

The applicants came to be arrested in C.R.No.306 of 2024 registered at Wakad Police Station, District: Pune for the offences punishable under Sections 419, 420 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 66(D) of the Information Technology Act.

I have heard the learned counsel for the applicants and learned A.P.P. for the Respondent-State.

The learned counsel for the applicants submits that this Court by order dated 08.11.2024 in Bail Application No.3984 of 2024 has granted bail to the co-accused - Ahmed Nazir Gazi to whom the more serious role is attributed. 5.

The learned A.P.P. for the Respondent-State has not disputed the said fact. In that view of the matter, I am inclined to release the applicants on bail.

ORDER

(i) Criminal Bail Applications are allowed;

(ii) The Applicants - Amit Jagdishchandra Soni and Pradip Krushna Lad shall be released on bail in C.R.No.306 of 2024 registered at Wakad Police Station, District: Pune for the offences punishable under Sections 419, 420 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 66(D) of

the Information Technology Act, on their furnishing P.R. bond in the sum of Rs.50,000/- each with one or two sureties in the like amount;

(iii) The Applicants shall attend the concerned Police Station Pune, twice in a month i.e. on first and third Saturday between 11:00 a.m. to 2.00 p.m. till conclusion of trial;

(iv) The Applicants shall not tamper with the prosecution evidence and shall not threaten the prosecution witnesses, in any manner;

(v) The Applicants shall furnish their mobile numbers and detailed address to the concerned Police Station; (vi) Both the Bail Applications stand disposed of in above terms.
