This is an Application under Section 483 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 seeking Regular Bail in connection with C.R.No.577 of 2024 registered with Shivaji Nagar Police Station, Thane for the offences punishable under Sections 376-AB of the Indian Penal Code, 1860 and Sections 4, 6, 8 and 12 of the Protection of Children from Sexual Offences Act, 2012.

In the present Application, prosecutrix / victim is joined as Respondent No.2. Hence, issue notice to Respondent No.2.

Ms. Newton, learned APP waives notice on behalf of Respondent No.1 - State.

Additional copy of the Bail Application shall be filed in the Department by the Advocate for Applicant. In addition thereto, one spare copy of the Application shall be given to the Investigating Officer who is directed by this Court to depute a lady officer and take Respondent No.2's consent for legal representation, if so desired. 7.
