It is submitted that in the said order, this Court issued notice as offences under the Protection of Children from Sexual Offences Act, 2012 are also registered against the applicant. But, the notice has been issued to respondent No.2, while the same ought to be issued to respondent No.3, who is the informant.

Accordingly, the order dated 22.11.2024 shall stand corrected and instead of respondent No.2, notice shall be issued to respondent No.3. 4.

The corrected order shall be uploaded on the website. 5.
