This is an application for regular bail.

The applicant came to be arrested in Crime No.84 of 2024 registered at Kamothe Police Station, Navi Mumbai for the offences punishable under Sections 420, 468 and 201 read with 34 of the Indian Penal Code, Sections 66 (C)A and 66 (D) of the Information Technology Act.

I have heard the learned counsel for the applicant and the learned APP for the respondent/State and perused the chargesheet. 4.
The allegations of cheating and defrauding the complainant to the extent of Rs.21,71,721/- are attributed to the co-accused and not to the present applicant. In that view of the matter, I am Dinesh S. Sherla 1/2

A] Bail Application is allowed.
B] The applicant be released on cash bail of Rs.15,000/- (Rupees Fifteen Thousand) in C.R. No. 84 of 2024 registered at Kamothe Police Station, Navi Mumbai for the offences punishable under Sections 420, 468 and 201 read with 34 of the Indian Penal Code, Section 66 (C)A and 66 (D) of the Information Technology Act.
