Though the present application is treated as a bail application, on perusal of the order dated 30 October 2023 passed by this Court in Bail Application No. 8050 of 2023, it is evident that the applicant is seeking relaxation of the condition requiring furnishing of one or two sureties to the extent of 50,000/- ₹ .

The applicant has applied through jail. Despite having been granted bail by this Court on 30th October 2023, the applicant has not been able to furnish the required sureties of 50,000/- ₹ .

Considering the circumstances stated in the application, this Court is satisfied that the applicant has made out a sufficient case for relaxation of condition No. (b) of the bail order. Accordingly, condition No. (b) is modified, and the amount of 50,000/- ₹ is

8-ba-4396-2024.doc reduced to 25,000/- ₹ . Furthermore, it is directed that the applicant be released on cash bail of 25,000/- (Rupees Twenty- ₹ Five Thousand only) in connection with C.R. No. 87 of 2021 registered with Vishnunagar Police Station.

Within a period of eight weeks from the date of his release, the applicant shall furnish a Personal Bond of 25,000/- (Rupees ₹ Twenty-Five Thousand only) with one or more solvent sureties in the like amount, to the satisfaction of the learned Trial Court. 5.

The Bail Application stands disposed of.
