Notice was issued to Respondent No. 2 on 29th April, 2025. Advocate for the Applicant states that by inadvertence, the copies remained to be furnished for issuance of notice. 2.

Mr. Palkar, learned APP submits that the Investigating Officer had notified the Respondent No. 2 of the matter being listed today. He submits that the Investigating Officer has received a request from Respondent No. 2 for seeking appointment of an Advocate from legal aid.

Ms. Kanchan Pawar, learned Advocate on the legal aid Vishal

29-ba-4419-2024.odt panel is present in the Court. At the request of the Court, she is agreed to represent and appear on behalf of Respondent No. 2. Ms. Kanchan Pawar is appointed as an Advocate for Respondent No.2 under the legal aid scheme. Maharashtra State Legal Aid Authority is requested to take note of the appointment of Ms. Kanchan Pawar in the present matter.

The Investigating Officer is requested to inform Respondent No. 2 of the appointment of the advocate and call upon Respondent No. 2 to give necessary instructions to Advocate Ms. Kanchan Pawar.

Mr. Shivarkar, the learned Advocate assured the Court to furnish copy of the entire paper book to Ms. Kanchan Pawar within three days from today.
