Heard Mr. Khan, learned Advocate for Applicant and Mr. Kulkarni, learned APP for Respondent - State of Maharashtra. 2.

This is an Application under Section 439 of Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 (for short 'Cr.P.C.') seeking Bail registered with DCB/CID (Unit-III) for offences punishable under Sections 8(C), 22(C) and 29 of the Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Act, 1985. 3.

Application is made for medical bail by the Applicant who is suffering from recurrent bilateral dislocation of shoulders as informed by Mr. Khan. He would submit that Applicant was prescribed medical surgery by Arthroscopic repair for the said problem long back which was not done. Mr. Khan refers to certificate dated 26.12.2024 which is given by the treating doctor of the Applicant before me. 4.

The Jail Superintendent where Applicant is lodged shall

Let the Applicant be produced before the JJ Group of Hospitals in the following week and be examined by the Medical Board and report be placed before the Court within a week thereafter. 5.
