This matter was taken up today at the request of Ms. Sana Khan, learned Advocate for the Applicant, on the ground of urgency. Today, when the matter was being argued, Ms. Sana Khan submitted that she wanted to amend the memo of the Bail Application to add averments and grounds in support of her contentions.

Mr. A. A. Palkar, learned APP for State, does not object to the proposed amendment, however, he reserve his right to oppose the same on merits.

In view of the above, leave is granted to amend the Application. Amendment to be carried out within two days from today. 4.

Mr. A. A. Palkar submits that he will file his reply within one week upon the amended copy being served on him.
