The order was dictated in open Court in the morning session on 20th September, 2025 after hearing the parties. The order was however not transcribed, much less signed. In the afternoon session, when the Court assembled, Mr.Sonavane, learned APP mentioned that there are certain judgments which he could not point out in the first session and as such sought time to 1/2

1-ba4452-24.doc place the same before this Court before the order was signed. He submitted that he would request the learned Additional PP to appear in the matter, considering the fact that the issue raised in the Application was of vital importance, which would have a bearing on all future cases.

Ms.Sana Khan, learned counsel for the Applicant was present in Court and when the aforesaid position was put up to her, she submitted that the matter could be kept on some other day. Accordingly, the matter is kept today for hearing in the Chamber. Both the parties agree that the legal position needs to be pointed out correctly to the Court. They both agree that they would place the compilation containing recent judgments before the Court. Hence, the order though dictated in open Court, was not signed, and hence stands re-called.

Place the matter before regular Court on 1st October, 2025.
