The application was heard for some time in the morning session. The matter was adjourned to the post-lunch session, as the arguments had commenced. In the post-lunch session, the learned counsel for the applicant points out that an anticipatory bail application of co-accused in the same CR is pending before the Court presided over by the Hon'ble Shri Justice R.N. Laddha. A copy of the order dated 12 September 2024 in this regard is handed over.

She submits that, she came to know of this fact only in the post lunch session during the course of her arguments. Accordingly, she submits that as per the notice of this Court, this application also should be transferred to that Court, where the Anticipatory Bail Application of co-accused is pending.

Accordingly, the office is directed to verify and place the application before the appropriate bench.
