By the present Application filed under Section 483 of Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 ("BNSS" for short), the Applicant is before this Court seeking regular bail in connection with Crime No. 397 of 2023 registered with Mundhwa Police Station, Pune City for the offences punishable under Sections 376, 376(2)(n), 323 and 506 of the Indian Penal Code Act, 1860 ("IPC" for short) and Sections 3(a), 4, 5(k), 5(l), 6, 7 and 8 of the Protection of Children from Sexual Offences Act, 2012. This matter was substantially heard on 27th June 2025 and was adjourned at the request of learned Advocate for the Applicant for taking instructions.

Today Mr. Vatsal Thakkar, learned Advocate for the Applicant on instructions from the Applicant craves leave to withdraw the present Bail Application with liberty to file a fresh Bail Application before the learned Trial Court in the event of change in circumstance. Leave as prayed for is granted. If such Application is filed by the Applicant, then the same shall be considered on its own merits and in accordance with law.
